Mental Health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Six common types of mental disorders include:
  • Depression.
  • Anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorders social anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and phobias.
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Bipolar disorder.
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Schizophrenia.

    • Therapy session $180 (45-50 minutes)
    • Intake session $200 (60 – 90 minutes)
  • Consultation $0 (one-time)

Yes, we know that dealing with mental/cognitive issues can be stressful and confusing, this is why we offer a free 30-minute consultation session to help determine your unique areas of need and help you find appropriate treatment

Yes,

We offer a free consultation for groups that would like to invite Dr. Oyewole to speak at their events. We have a unique experience of educating all types of groups, either in the workplace or of the Christian faith, on mental health. 

 When you call for a consultation for your group, we will ask some pertinent questions about your group including:
 
–   Type of group
–   Specific topic/area you would like to address.

–   Location of event

We currently don’t offer our services to children and teenagers. We currently serve adults.
