How to Pay
Sliding scale available for special circumstances. This is based on availability.
Please note that Late cancelations (less than 24 hours notice) will incur a $75 fee.
We do not accept any insurance plans at this time.
You will be provided with a receipt when payment is made. You can decide to submit a claim to your insurance carrier to get some reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider for more information on your out-of-network benefits. Some questions to ask your insurance provider are listed below:
